Olatunde Oloyede, (MD/CEO
Olatunde Oloyede is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Tee Square Limited. Oloyede obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from the University of Ilorin in 1997 and an MBA (Finance & Marketing) from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2003.
He started his career in the banking sector in 1999 with Chartered Bank now ( Stanbic IBTC), before proceeding to Intercontinental Bank now (Access Bank), Oceanic Bank, and Eco Bank. He bagged 14 years of uninterrupted banking experience in the financial industry before pitching his tent in the Real Estate sector.
He is a versatile and skillful professional with broad-based experience in different aspects of banking operations including Retail Business Banking, Commercial Business Banking, and Risk Management.
His quest, passion, and desire to mitigate the housing deficit in Nigeria with affordable housing motivated him to pursue another career in the real estate industry with the establishment of Crystal Tee Square Limited, an award-winning real estate firm that has been operating with focus-driven housing projects across Nigeria.
As a driver and key player in the building industry, his goal and vision remains, the provision of affordable housing for the people through Crystal Tee Property Limited.
